I want to ask you about the timely question of this price cap which the g seven countries are talking about instituting. Why have we not been using this opportunity with the s p r release, or why hasn't the government used it to forward purchase oil? It seems that that would have been in its strategic bas interest because it's dampening price increases now in return for buying future oil at a lower price later. So what am i missing there?
