Arthroscope is the exploration. Is th arthro centesis fair terms say than that's the flushing of the joint? Yes. And those patients who have a acute dis displacement without reduction, and conservative care is not working, they've come to you for help. Arthra centesis can be an 80 percent seccessory to unlock them. But very good insight. I'm sure there must be, like there is with a dentists er difference in opinions amongst all surgeons. And this is where we need more evidence in our profession to know about these long term success rates.
