Do You Have Nudity in Your Relationships?

When i'm watching something that has a lot of violence, or i get superfearful, and that trigger's anxiety, ar oum, watching something that's lustful or whatever, that creates less. And so if i don't want it in my mind, i don't put it in mymind. I just that's what it looks like for me to guard my heart,.
