I think in this vein, which is in taking time to rest. I'm asking this from a kind of personal standpoint. How did you deal with deserving, deserving that space, narrative? Yeah. Well, I feel blessed that I had done sabbatical before. And so even though I couldn't remember it, like in the moment, I didn't really feel like I deserved it. But then once I got into it, the deserving part, we reasserted itself. It was just like, oh, to survive, I need to take this time. Because it very quickly puts me back in touch with my purpose. This is also for me a very somatic way of moving
