Police Reforms in India
The 18 57 mutiny and the 18 61 indian police act that it leads to are formative in having the kind of police first we do now. Not one Indian state has fully implemented these reforms, because our politicians don't like the police to be a politic. So they had been itti a political class with the active support of some part of bureaucracy and a lot of silence by judiciary. Between these two we have a deadly nuclear bomb attack on the masses. And the police active at insists even to remain to day.
