The Seeds of Purge
Sophie's favourite genre is historical fiction, but Purge tries to answer to something that is taking place right now. If there's something that bothers me in today's world, I turn it somehow into a novel. It might even take years or decades before I create the first file for the story. So, the seeds are planted years before I start actually the writing process.
