Talking About Your Periods

M, i would love to make it normal to talk about periods that are tough and pregnancies that are tough menapors. These are topics that we don't feel confident talking about as women because we fear they will be seen as weaker. By talking about them, it just makes it more normal that these things exist. And hay, fifty per cent of the world need to know that the other 50 per cent of the World are dealing with these things every day.
