Cecile's parents were very supportive of her decision to take a 12-month sabbatical. She says she was worried about the impact that it would have on her career but after six months there was "zero shame" Cecile: I identified so much with my job and my meaningful job that if from one day to the next I suddenly didn't have that anymore then I had no idea who I would be like oh am I gonna feel shame around not making money?
