Disabled People in America - The American Dream
In 19 90, President Bush signed a bill to remove barriers for disabled people. The law mandated access and accommodation for the disabled in all places open hepublic businesses, lodgings, transportation, employment. Ed roberts cofounded the centere for independent living, a disability service organization that became a model for hundreds of others around the world. When a heart attack killed him, i was stunned.
