The movie theater business is attracting people because they want to go out and it really competes with you know experiences eating out things like that. I think right now there's plenty of demand for going out Um But I don't and that's what's sustaining them. So unless the studios are more accommodating in terms of supporting movies and theaters Then you might have a problem. And so it's mainly studio behavior that I'd be most worried about That they won't have the product that they need You know in the long run.
