Couched potatoes is a new term conjured by scientists in finland. They looked into people who get 30 minutes of exercise but spend rest of day sitting. People with elevated blood sugar, calestrol and bony fat levels were significantly healthier. So the prescription seems to be an extra 80 to 90 minutes of light activity a day. One expert suggested hiding potato stash in another room that isn't the kitchen.
