How to Be More Inclusive in the Workplace
Roxanne Jones: What is in different ways that we as just everyday coworkers, team members, future team members, what can we do to be more inclusive? She says respect people's focus time. Disruptions to their flow can be more expensive than they are to everybody else. Jones: If you need a response from someone on something, even if you tag them in another channel or in a thread, send it to them in a DM and tell them exactly what you want from them.
