Is There a Future Papacy?
Jimmy: Jesus established the church with the pope, and that means i have to look at every subject with an open mind. Steven: The only infallibility that peter has is when he preaches christ's words. And everything that comes from himself could be wrong, but it can't; so if you take my reading of the text, there's nothing special about peter at all. That creates a level playing field for anybody who wants to preach the gospel in this way.
