Reverend Sears and Pauline

In 19 72, when pauline was seven, her mother started taking the family to reverend sears's church. The children had been originally baptized anglican, but ruth's own mother had always taken her to church when she was a child. And the two families became quite close, eventually starting to go on vacation camping trips together. They really loved him and his wife, sybil. But stann and sybil kind of took ruth and her two young children under their wing. It was a christian thing to do.
