The Importance of Equal Access

Dovia: I feel like there's this undertone which is probably more of an overtone of equal access, the accessibility of it, it's open to anyone. Is that just the nature? You also mentioned though intentionally keeping it simple. Can you talk a little bit about the why, the why behind that and what drove them? Dovia: A lot of our organizations were really stuck with how to include more kids. And so we're definitely revisiting not just the policy, but what type of volunteer.
