What Are Some Roles and Methodologies That Will Emerge Over the Next Five Years?

I think that for me, it really is the hope that there are creative heads, not design heads. Creative heads meaning that these are the people that can come in and really can take charge. The core need to communicate hasn't changed. Consumers will change. Technology will change. Like all that other stuff that surrounds it will change. So we can in here as the purpose of design continues to evolve.
