Is There a Difference Between Training and Training?

Chavar: It's something that you probably don't need to train for as much or you just need to train as practice for the race. You're trying to figure out kind of what that tolerance is and you really don't know it until you test it. Chavar: If you're using a fluid ingestion rate that's higher than what you are using in training, you have to recognize that you might throw your total calorie balance out of whack because of these fluids that you didn't prepare for.
