ethan: As awful as experiences are, typically they fade through time. And so simply reminding yourself of that in the moment does something really powerful for us it. I used to send self talk to help remind myself of that and a and that often helps. You can also think about how it is, what you're going to compare to things that have happened in the past. i did this with like the covet pandemic, when things were really not pleasant.
