Is Pitching in English the Working Language for the Company?

From the very beginning, we did everything at pitch in english. That's usual for a start up out of the berlin ace system. But now that we're very remote, friendly, or even remote, first company in all, we've been hiring all over the world. Only a fraction ofte le a pich actually speak german. So english is the natural choices.
