Building a Team With Well Rounded Experience
I am evangelizing as much as I can internally and sometimes externally. Many times when we get moving incredibly fast inside integration, we're just pigeonholed into what we think we know or what others think we know. There are side conversations that people have that say, what are you doing over there? And is that exciting? It creates this nice network of folks wanting to learn from each other. Yeah, if we could continue instill that in any organization that has integration teams, I think that is just so much better for everybody.
