Seth Lipsky: I think there's an element to that local news is absolutely withered on the vine. But one of the reasons, and it's always, he thinks, discounted is that the appetite for local news has, the consumer demand for it is just not high. He says people tend to not know who their congresspeople are. And so they think about the president and they don't think about some shitty congress person.
