A dissatisfied customer or negative posts can be turned into a fan. Don't respond with the intent for them to remove a post or criticism, but rather respond by addressing their well. The best solution, or reputation management, is to be on offence and not defence. Creative initiatives, pro active initiatives to collect positive posts and testimonials should be something you have a target each month.
