Gerrard: When i started in this business, nobody even referred to it as u x. But now there's a general recognition that better design makes for better products and services. Apple and amazon, now, tessla, we can thank them for making design something that produces value,. That has given us a lot o eway. And now we're in this different place, and so the skills that we needed are different. Ar we're not in a place where we have to justify our existence. We're in a places where we actually have to do what we promised.And that's a completely different balgat.
