Is President Biden Going to Ukraine?

There is speculation that President Biden might try to go to the border between Poland and Ukraine. We don't have any sort of official confirmation from the White House on that. The intelligence community's current assessment is that these three objects were most likely balloons tied to private companies, recreation or research institutions.
