The most successful class of people in Silicon Valley on a consistent basis are either venture capitalists or people who are very good at identifying companies that have just hit product market fit. And I think the question is how do you find those companies? Yeah. There's a few signals that a company is breaking out. In general if you want to do best from a career perspective and you didn't join in the very very early days the best time to join is when a company is worth somewhere between 50 and 500 million dollars as long as it can turn into a 10, 20 billion dollar company. It's really hard to know which company we'll do that. But usually that's when a company goes from
