The Importance of Price in Moving
A number of millionaires move to Florida because there's no income tax. You see this most pronounced in professional athletes, like the PGA. There are opportunities for all kinds of other things that you wouldn't get living in rural Maine. The problem is if you try and impose something like a $15 an hour minimum wage coast to coast, you now get a problem where $ 15 an hour in San Francisco is poverty.
