The Danger of Focusing Too Much on Designing the Solution Too Early

Having a founder in the early stages create wireframes, I think seems fine, makes sense. But there's also this danger that as a founder who maybe doesn't have design skills thinking they can keep carrying this all the way to the end and just hand it off to a developer to go and build it. Don't think on a screen by screen basis, but look for commonalities. Look for patterns that other sites use that do well. And then learning how a user interface designer thinks so you can actually do a little bit of that on your own.
