Most of us set up shop at a point where we're close enough to the warmth of our real selves, but far enough away from the heat of that so we don't get burned. We create these safer versions of ourselves to enable us to get through our lives without having to the existential risk of living from our core. So this model invites us to discover what lives in the core, what our corps gifts are. And i want to say something about that, because i've taught so many courses on this, and i teach deep intensives on this as well.
