When we breathe in thro left nostril, we're activating the body's parisympathetic nervous system. So it slows down the mind. Breathe softly and follow the gentle rhythm of each each exhal listen to the sound of the breath and deepen the breath. If you've lost your focus, gently bring yourself back to that three parts breath.
