In October of 2019 when the virus was already almost certainly circulating in Wuhan they had this you know this pandemic a tabletop simulation in New York. They're all sitting around the table simulating what's going to happen if a coronavirus pandemic hits it is quite extraordinary. The response that they're talking about has nothing to do with a medical response but using the pandemic for a very militarized response and a monetize response.
