The Importance of Trust in Business
If you don't have high trust with the people you work with in a situation, like it's really hard to be in a consultative role when you don't trust them. Priority mismatches can also break down collaboration as well because the leader can't count on the person that's supporting them. We've created a global prioritization list of all the projects that are going on across the company. And we've told everybody, if you are supporting a project that is higher in global prioritization, like that now becomes your most important thing to do.
