Anna is the executive chef at lingua madre, which opened in august in new orleans. The restaurant where anna had been the siou chef closed during the summer of 20 20 and then her formerbo offered her the space to open up her own place. I'm interested in being a human being too, not justachef. And i'm interested in people doin working with people that feel the same way. So that that mentality of being like no ialso home alife, i think it's an indicator of like, a higher emotional intelligence.
