I think we can quite shock to hear that there is a direct link between loneliness and and their health, which I think you said was as strong as whether or not you do exercise. There's buckets of science behind this and good science. So eat out with people and do physical activity with people again with COVID more and more people were doing yoga on their own at home. You need to get back into group sessions now with people because it's the group interaction, the social interaction, the laughter, the laughter. That's terribly important. And then in that context, you know, mix them.
