The Role of User Experience in Gaming

As director of user experience, what is your responsibility? We are the stakeholders that are involved throughout the planning for the whole game. So we do bring a lot of people into the studio as our participants. In average, we test each game every two weeks and there are a lot of weeks throughout the development process.
