The Benefits of Fast Training

Fasting is an exercising fasting. You get the same benefits and tells you what toffity if you've eaten versus when you're fasted. It ain't going to matter at all in terms of general global health. We have no evidence to suggest it's going to do anything for enhancing longevity or anything like that. If you feel like it feels better, then totally do it. But I would say don't worry about feeling like you're leaving anything on a table physiologically by eating before or during your session either. Your body's pretty resilient. Just don't let it lead into exactly what you mentioned.
