Why would a developer choose a bill to rent single family community versus again, a multi family where they could mak me make more money? Well, y it's, it's a matter of choosing again, who your renter is. You will get people who will not be interested in an apartment to rent in a detached, single family rental home or even what's called the cottages. That's another product that has emerged. But the yard is important, especially for young families that have children. They want to have a yard for the kid to play in. And you can't really have a attached garage with an apartment. So those of them mean differencesn they are significant.
