The Justice Department Will Have to Appeal the Special Master Decision

The justice department has a dilemma to solve, says CNN's John Berman. They can either appeal the ruling or they have to find a special master for the case. The eleventh circuit court would be unlikely to uphold it on its own because there are other trump-appointed judges who could overturn it. There is concern that you coul just get a run of trump judges running up to the trump supreme court which could create an entirely absurd new expansion of executive power over former presidents.
