The Future of Indoor Farming

Ilyse Hogue: I think indoor farms have a place, so have a role to play in the future within very specific niche. For most of us and for most of what we eat on a daily basis, my bet is on outdoor farms. My bet is on making outdoor farmers and outdoor farms more and more efficient through technology as opposed to shifting everything to indoor.
