What Is Commissary Dictionary and What Is Sovereign Diction?
Dictatorship is not the mere suspension of the separation of powers, but rather a suspension with a concrete object. Schmidt concludes there are two types of dictatorship in the world. The commissary dictatorship derives from existing law and suspends the constitution to protect it. A sovereign dictatorship seeks to create conditions in which a constitution that it regards as the true one is made possible.
