For the first five to ten years of running our business, i had an irrational fear of raising the price. So i run club nights, and we had a particular discounted entry before 11 o'clock on our saturday. We were rammed beyond belief, like so crazy busy, we totally cornered the market. But me and my business partner felt that our success was on such knife edge. It's a quirk of our industry that it is very fickle, very fast moving.
