The Role of Food in Schizophrenia
A lot of people with schizophrenia have antibodies to gliadin, which is the name of the type of gluten found in wheat, barley, and rye. So I can blame my multiple personalities on some brown rice. We just have kind of lost our way of realizing how important it is to pay attention to how we feel when we eat it. It's true across the board, a lot of ailments and things were experienced as modern day humans are all related to what we're putting in our body.
