I think it's almost like a conflict of personality when you have multi tenant buildings. I was looking for a user base that wasn't going to bother me because at this point in my life with the wife and kids, I don't want to manage a lot. Office tends to be pretty picky and domain high demand users. Hospitality is great, but it's very fickle. You know, if your hotel just kind of gets downranked in Google, you can lose bookings for a few months until you figure out what's going on. So again, that kind of leads me by process of elimination in terms of cash flowing coupon clipping, industrial users. And we're perfectly happy
