The idea of a rhythm is really helpful in having a kid show up t whatever is being eaten over time. It takes seven tries, so it might take seven weeks to get that soup eaten. But if you're really sure that this is a great, nutritious, happy, yummy dinner for your kid, they'll start to pick up on that vibe too. The other thing i want you to think about with meal planning is, i want to say, think about you versus them. Think about you and your kids. And yes, you want kids to eat too. I don't want you to sacrifice what you're eating because you think your kids won't eat food that you like.
