Running Downhill - Is That the Path of Least Resistance?

Scott Jurek says that when you run downhill, you want to run as if you are water picking the path that water would, would, would choose because that is the path of least resistance. The body isn't a resilient combination of material and substances and it's amazing what it can do as far as healing. I've never felt like I'm doing serious damage to my body, but if I'm just mentally not, you know, feel like it's,. it's a good thing to continue or I'm not in a state where it's, it's best. Sometimes that's the best choice.
