I think it's more like frankly, a lot of wars in history where there's a leader that just wants it. The question is, what I haven't heard is Russia is low on that. It's expensive or they don't have the technology to do it themselves and therefore if they take Ukraine, they will solve that problem. Don't underestimate the power just someone believing that. By the way, on the topic of the Pacific, that was a lot harder of a sell for the US because it was way worse.
