I know that people's number one property when it comes to public services is the n h s. And right now the nh s is confronted with unprecedented back logs. We want to address at and at the same time, do the thing that governments have not done for years - reformd social care. You can't take on a big challenge like that without funding it properly and sustainably. It doesn't exactly make you the now, low tax statur that you claim to be.
