If I am on my computer, not even stressed out, but just do an emails and just admin work that's not I don't think getting me agitated or anything at all. But if I do that past say eight o'clock, I'll have a definitely a worse night's sleep based on scores. If you struggle with winding down your thoughts, there's two things that two practices that are suggested. One is take notes. The second thing is training your brain that your mattress is for sleep. It's incredible how powerful that subconscious brain is. And if it recognizes the bed as a place to catch up on work, it'll trigger those abilities rather than trigger the brain into falling asleep
