How to Make a Focus Mode for a Podcast

i have three different short cuts, one for each show that i make. One of the things it does is trigger the focus mode. My family understands when i'm doing a show, you know, they shouldn't be doing those things. Even my mum doesn't get through am with am focus modes - though she is aware if there is an actual emergency. Repeated calls will still break through a focus mode in Am.
