Getting Out of Debt Is the Best Side Hustle
i paid off my car two years early a couple of years ago, and it was at a pretty low interest rate. i just wanted to be out of debt, period. I want to obviously buy companies that have a track record of paying and increasing their dividends year after year,. That oftentimes has led to buying like, kind of boring, old companies that are not likely to tenex their stock price. So this helped me get off the side lines and actually start putting some money into the market.
