The Brilliance of a Heideger
When i think of that example you shared, of heideger in the twenties, what comes to mind is the didit. The more cultivated you are, the more you can't see your blind spots. I don't know if you would accept that on heideger, but it, it almost feels like the comugness, the the grumbling is commensurate with the brilliance. And i'm wondering, i think, one would need to hold up a thinker who sort of has the brilliance of a heideger,. but without the flaws. Who do i see as examples of this? Well, they tend to be sceptics for whom the question of human nature is primary
